Good news to shareā¦. I got my biopsy results back and it was benign!! Iām still being followed by a high risk clinic for now and have to go back in 6 months for more scans. But Iām so thankful for this news!! Thanks for everyone who reached out with kind words and prayers. I beyond grateful for you all ā¤ļø

Summer has not been kind to my workout routine. We have been so busy that my resistance training has been inconsistent. On top of that, a few months ago, I decided to stop using my personal trainer from Future and go at it alone. I'm beginning to wonder of that was a mistake because the accountability that my trainer from Future provided was a huge factor in getting me to workout everyday.
Lately, I have been doing some of the strength workouts on my Peloton app and try to get in at least 3 days of resistance training a week. Once school starts up again, I plan to do it more regularly but get back in the gym.
Curious how many of you include strength training in your workouts.
