This has been years in the making...

A few weeks ago, I hinted at a big announcement—here it is!

Over six years ago, I remember it so clearly: the day I stood in front of a giant whiteboard in my apartment.

On the right, I wrote down potential names for what would one day be more than just a business.

On the left, a list of what we could offer: courses, coaching, and...

LIVE events!

Now, that dream is becoming a reality.

I am thrilled to announce that Digital Champions will be hosting our first-ever event, The Home Care Champions Experience, on September 11th and 12th in beautiful San Diego!

We have lined up an epic roster of speakers who are not only top leaders in the industry but are also incredible human beings.

Let me know if you want to be notified when tickets become available (there will be exclusive bonuses for the first 10 people)!

I would also like to take a moment to thank all the amazing people who helped me get to where I am today. I could not have done it alone.

Let's Grow Together!

Should we be thanked for this?

I often find people thanking me for something I don’t feel I deserve.

When I talk with a prospective client during a home care brand audit, my first objective is to simply understand where they are in their business. They will be asked a bunch of questions.

After that, if I don’t believe they are a good fit, I will tell them that and not even discuss my services. I will instead recommend where I believe they should invest their time and resources. My goal is to provide as much value as possible.

When I tell them I don’t think it’s right for them, this is where I get thanked.

They say things like “thank you for your honesty” or “it is really refreshing to hear someone say that.”

I very much appreciate the comment but also find it so sad. I’m sorry that there are people out there trying to trick you so they can get a sale.

I’m sorry that there are people who will try and sell you something that won’t help you.

It is people like that who give sales a bad name.

It is probably why so many people have objections to salespeople or concern themselves about being too salesy.

A quality salesperson should have one goal, which is to solve the prospect's problems and make their life better. In my case, it is to improve their businesses by helping with leads, sales, and recruitment.

If we don’t believe we can do that, then we will do our best to direct you to someone who can. I’ve been able to build a pretty incredible network, and I know a lot of people.

I pride myself on being able to connect people with the right people.
I promise that if you ever get on a call with me and I don’t believe I can help you, then you will be told that directly.

If that is the case, I promise that you will walk away with resources and knowledge to take the best next steps.

Don’t hate sales. Object to the bad salespeople.

For all those great people who honestly have their clients' best interests at heart, do not be afraid to sell. If you believe that what you do can help people, then you have an obligation to make sure as many people know about it. The only way to do that is to ask the right questions.

If a salesperson doesn’t ask questions, then you should run away.

It is a new year and I would like to take a moment to re-introduce myself…

My name is Nick Bonitatibus and we help home care agencies generate more sales, attract more referral sources, and hire more caregivers using the power of video.

It is our mission at Digital Champions to empower and cultivate leaders dedicated to spreading comprehensive education on senior care, fostering a compassionate and informed community that advocates for the well-being and dignity of our elderly population.

When I am not supporting entrepreneurs, I enjoy sitting on the beach 🏖 with a good personal development book 📕, going for hikes with great views 🏔, eating sushi 🍣 , and spending quality time with my friends and family.

We can achieve so much more when we work together toward a common vision and goal - Let's Grow Together!
