I Help New Hybrid Athletes Lift Heavy & Run Fast
I started out like most people, with a hatred for exercise 😂 I got myself into a position, far from the ideal and realised things needed to change. I was never the most athletic and I don't have anything near great genes. What I realised I did have, was a relentless drive, just for the first 16 years of my life that was spent either gaming or eating (which I used to be very good at). Only after starting training, I realised my drive had carried over and I began my fitness journey with a pursuit to learn as much as possible about the science of hybrid training.
