I may have dusted the old Sony off and started a bit of filming today. I'm not sure when I'll upload, but I have quite a few jobs that need doing, and it would be awesome to have you all there with me after all this time. I'll give some life and house updates as well. A LOT has changed since I last saw you guys.
I'll most likely do a premier with this video so we can all have a natter as we go.

A few of you may have noticed that I've been uploading a few bricklaying trivia shorts the past couple of days. I've been dipping my toe back into making videos and felt like I wanted to go live to check in with you all. Tell you about where I've been, what I've been up to, and where I'm going. It would be awesome to see you all, say hey, and answer any questions you may want to ask.
I've seen all the messages over the past year that you all have been sending. Sending love and checking that I'm ok. I just want to say thank you so very much for the messages. Each and every one has been a helpful push in the right direction. I thought a bit of a chill chat over a live stream would be a good way to say hello again and get back into the swing of things.

!* CHANNEL UPDATE *!
Hey everyone ๐
Hope you're all doing well? Firstly, I want to say a huge thank you to everybody who sent such beautiful messages after uploading the last video telling you all what happened. I'm not going to lie, this has been the most difficult time of my life. I have amazing friends and family around me, and I am doing as well as could be expected. I'm keeping positive but not hiding away from any emotional moments I have. I have a therapist booked in to speak with, and I have been looking into groups that deal with young widowers as well. I just wanted to let you all know I'm doing good and coping with this as proactively as possible ๐
Onto the channel update.....I have been picking up my camera quite a lot after a long time! it's really helping me get excited about things again. I've also started editing a video that was recorded about 6 months ago. I'm planning on uploading again on here once I've got myself in a good place and feel comfortable again on camera. I have started uploading quite frequently on my personal Instagram and plan on continuing regularly. My account is @its_rodian if you would like to see what I've been up to the past couple of months. I feel this is a good place for me to start getting back into what I love doing. It's not building related, but if you're interested, hit me up over there ๐

Saturday at 12pm another vid comes and, in typical Rodian Builds fashion, I spent wayyyyyyy too long editing this to make the plastering sequence look insane. You wont want to miss this one! I think its one of my top 5 edited sequences from the whole channel! Plus, we didn't use your average plaster.....you'll have to wait and see what we did use. Happy Thursday everyone ๐๐ค๐งฑ

WE DID IT! We hiked the full 13miles and by the gods it was HARD work. Thank you so much to everyone who supported us and donated to this amazing charity. The 2nd image shows our total walk time was 5 hours 8 mins but in total, including breaks, it took about 8 hours.

Calling the brick army๐
On the 5th of September Hollie, a bunch of our fam and friends and I going on a long ass walk along the jurassic coast to raise money for the amazing charity that is Macmillan Cancer Support! Without this charity we would have been in a whole world of shit at the beginning of all this.
A half marathon hike is a crazy challenge for anyone especially forย Hollie because half of her left leg is completely numb due to the persistence of this horrible disease.
