Ever since I found out about Biggerpockets in 2018, I became obsessed of trading in my W-2 for passive income.

Fast forward to now, of investing 50% of my paycheck every single year, sacrificing some vacations, not buy the latest iPhone, not buy the latest car, being frugal overall, and investing in real estate, #indexfunds , and #revenueshare with eXp, this was the first month, where I did not actively have to work because my residual income covered all of my expenses.

If you keep at something long enough, you will get to where you want to go

I had ANOTHER transaction close with my trusted #referralagent in #tampafl @realtorjoebennett

I knew of an Active Duty Air Force couple PCSing to Tampa, FL and I connected them to the Joe Bennet a realtor out there, knowing they would be well taken care of. And they were! They loved working with Joe and told me they’re going to personally recommend him to future people they know because of how he did a great job negotiating for them.

That alone is enough to make me feel great. That i made a connection between PCSing members and a reliable realtor with great communication skills. The biggest way you can repay me for referring a client is bringing them to the closing table with a smile on their face.

But Joe still surprised me with this awesome package delivered to me!!! So so sweet.

If you know of any travel nurses wanting to room together in a 2 bed, 3 bath home, this place is now available because….

We moved yesterday! 🥳 So therefore my home office is no longer on the loft, it’s in a bedroom and I have a new set up!

We will be taking professional photos in the next few days. 📷

As soon as you can afford it, HIRE MOVERS. THEYRE GODSENDS. Moving is already stressful. Don’t tack on stress by moving shit yourself. Leverage 👏🏽 that 👏🏽 out 👏🏽

Paying for a moving company to pack and move everything is the only reason I’m okay with moving every year and a half into a new property. Otherwise, my strategy would def change lol.

My podcasting office will look a tad bit different now. Open to suggestions on what type of wallpaper to get! I don’t think I’ll have my bookshelf as a background behind me anymore.

What y’all think I should do for my set up in a bedroom?
