When I started this channel my main principle was to never waste time of viewers, I know such videos reach is limited but the viewers who value self improvement have shown crazy support since past few months which has also motivated me to deliver my best.

What makes me proud is that if you see any of my videos either you will learn more about fitness or get motivated to push your limits both physically and mentally, I never deviated from this vision just for the sake of views or a greater reach although the first few years were very difficult until the viewers finally realised the value in it.

Nothing comes accidentally everything comes with intention, this is what I manifested on new year when the subscribers were 50k and in just 6 months we pulled of 50k more which looked impossible at that time.

Thanks for all your support and lets make the world Supple & Strong together.

My Secret Of Chaudi Back :

1. I never do lat pulls because I don't want seated pulling strength

2. I do a lot of pullups/chinups since I want to take it to next level and become more explosive in it.

3. I add a lot of weights to my pullups, max I have gone is 70 kgs.

4. I also do Rows, Straight Arm Pull Downs, Band Pull Aparts, Deadlifts as only vertical pulling movement ain't enough

5. I do a lot of corrective exercises which include ls external rotation using bands, dumbbells and bodyweight, I would say this is highly important to stay injury free.

6. All these not only helped me to make my back wider but they took my pulling strength to next level.

7. Most pulling exercises need strong grip strength for which I do some isolated exercises with pulley, dumbbells, handgripper and farmers carry.

8. I don't train like a bodybuilder I want crazy pulling strength, aesthetics is a byproduct.

There will be distractions, cheap thrills & procrastination but the one who learns to manage their focus and keep their eyes on the ultimate vision is the true winner.

If you can't focus on your goals then having a vision board in your room will always help and remind you everyday to not stop your hustle and overpowered by distractions.

It's Swim Time.

This is a recent pic but back in the days I used to swim a lot almost 1.5kms daily for a year.

Which obviously helped me to improve my endurance but at the same time water also has the healing power for our joints.

So I was also able to recover from my workouts in a better way and even push further for strength and flexibility.

How to build a strong back?

1. Pullups for sure, if difficult start with lat pulls.
2. Some kind of rows
3. Work on rotator cuff muscles
4. Add some hip hinging movements like hyperextensions or deadlift.

And the stronger your back gets, so should your mindset to not get affected by others opinions that pulls you down, those who cant take their stand will always keep pulling others down.
.
But those who do pullups regularly will never do that, because we just pull ourselves and others up✌️🤝
