On this channel, I used to share yoga content in both Persian and English. But I realized that having two languages in one place was causing some confusion for subscribers, and it was also challenging for me to keep everyone happy with both Persian and English content. So, to make things easier and clearer for everyone, I’ve decided to create a new YouTube channel where I’ll be sharing yoga videos only in English 👉 somiyogaflorida

سلام به همه دوستان عزیز و علاقهمند به یوگا! به کانال یوگای فارسی من خوش آمدید. من بیش از ده سال پیش سفر یوگا را در ایران آغاز کردم و در این مسیر ، تغییرات قابل توجهی در بدن و ذهنم دیدم. سپس تصمیم گرفتم مربی یوگا شوم و دانش و تجربیاتم را با دیگران به اشتراک بگذارم و به آموزش یوگا به صورت آنلاین و حضوری پرداختم. با مهاجرتم به آمریکا، به فکر آموزش به زبان انگلیسی افتادم، اما همیشه تقاضای زیادی از سوی دوستان فارسیزبان داشتم که ویدیوهای آموزشی به زبان فارسی ارائه کنم. بنابراین از این به بعد در این کانال فقط ویدیوهای فارسی آپلود خواهد شد.
