Hey everyone, just to give you a heads up, I wanted to explain a change I’ve made .
On this channel, I used to share yoga content in both Persian and English. But I realized that having two languages in one place was causing some confusion for subscribers, and it was also challenging for me to keep everyone happy with both Persian and English content. So, to make things easier and clearer for everyone, I’ve decided to create a new YouTube channel where I’ll be sharing yoga videos only in English 👉 somiyogaflorida

If you're interested in my English yoga videos and live English yoga sessions, be sure to check out my new channel somiyogaflorida !

I hope this makes it easier for everyone to enjoy the yoga content that speaks to them!

This current channel will now be focused solely on Persian yoga content, including live yoga sessions in Persian.

Tips:

Spread your fingers wide and distribute your weight evenly.
Engage your lower belly and lift your hips high.
pushing hips back toward your thighs, bend your knees if needed.
Externally rotate your shoulders to release tension.
