Marlon Moscare is a teacher, artist, dancer and a musician. It was in his college days when passion for music and arts started to grow as his way of life. He became so involved in culture and arts in and outside campus that he became a trainer, a choreographer and director of some cultural productions and events in the region. Likewise, it opened his door for opportunities to travel abroad as a dancer-musician of the famous Leyte Kalipayan Dance Company a Philippine folkloric dance troupe based in Tacloban. After college, he founded MOSAICCA (Movement Of Sounds Applied In Creative Cultural Awareness), a Center for Arts and Culture where local artists can share their talents and crafts among its fellow Leyteños and Samareños. He also co-founded SANGKATIGAN together with his wife to carry on the task of caring for the children traumatized by the horrendous typhoon Haiyan. At present he is consistently ensuring to balance his time as a father of two kids, a mentor and his passion – MUSIC.
