Ep 7. Contribution
Making the World a Better Place
Each one of us holds the power to make a difference in the world. Contribution is a beautiful way to brighten others' lives and find a deeper purpose.
It's not always about grand gestures; sometimes, small actions can have a tremendous impact. From helping out a friend in need to supporting a charitable organisation, we all have something valuable to offer.
Remember that when you contribute, you not only change others' lives but also enrich your own. You're filled with gratitude, empathy, and a sense of purpose that lights your path to success.

Ep 6. Forgiveness
In this journey, forgiveness has played a pivotal role. Learning to forgive has been a crucial personal endeavour. However, it's important to clarify that forgiveness doesn't imply condoning the behaviour of those who hurt you or necessarily sharing space with them. Instead, forgiveness is an act of personal liberation that allows us to let go of resentments and negative emotions, significantly contributing to our healing and well-being.
Louise Hay has been a key figure in this process. Reading several of her writings, I understood the importance of clearing the space occupied by negative emotions to make room for love and positivity in my life.
In the process of forgiving, don’t forget to forgive the most important one, YOURSELF.
Always remember, your past doesn’t define your worth. It doesn’t limit what you can achieve in the future. The more you hold onto your past, the more it influences your present. Even if you’ve made mistakes, view them as valuable lessons and keep moving forward.

Ep 5. Gratitude
I've always valued everything I've had, even when it may have appeared modest to others.
Several months ago, I embarked on a journey of conscious gratitude. Not only did I express thanks for what I had in that very moment, but I also extended my gratitude to the things I aspired to achieve. Every encounter with someone who contributed to this journey was a reason for me to be grateful. I even found gratitude for the challenging experiences of my past because they shaped the resilient person I am today.
Practicing gratitude is like nurturing a powerful seed of thankfulness and appreciation for the treasures in your life. It's about acknowledging and treasuring what you have instead of dwelling on what might be missing. This practice can be a beacon for enhancing your emotional and mental well-being, fueling a positive outlook, and amplifying overall life satisfaction. Remember, you can weave gratitude into your daily routine through introspection, expressing gratitude to those around you, and focusing on the radiant positivity that fills your life.

Ep 4. Magical relationships
Before I started this journey, I told my friend Araceli that I wanted to help women, maybe by making an app.
Then, something incredible happened. I used to think I was shy and not social, but that changed. I went to an NHS meeting for the Latin community, where I met Silvia and Judith - amazing women. From there, I met Mia, who coached me and made a big difference. I used to think coaching was expensive, but it's free through the NHS.
I also met Katty, who helped me through a tough family situation. I knew I needed to heal old wounds, so I turned to Jacqueline. And along the way, I started volunteering for the NHS, which has been really fulfilling , and interestingly, most of the people I help are women.
Each and every one of them, plus my family and friends, has contributed their bit to this project. I will be always grateful for that.
My journey began with wanting to help women, and while it didn't go exactly as I thought, it turned out even better.

Once you reach that point of awareness and understand what success means, the rest starts falling into place naturally. Success is about feeling at peace with yourself, and to achieve it, you don't need a career or contacts; rather, you simply have to uncover your talent.
Discovering your talent involves contemplating what comes naturally to you and how you could make an impact on the world with it. No matter what your talent is, whether it's cooking, macramé, or cleaning carpets, if you genuinely enjoy doing it and remain consistent, you can go far.
I had always wanted to pursue my dream, something related to food, but I never had the courage. At the moment something clicked in my mind and I had that clarity, relationships I could never have imagined began to form, along with unreachable resources and incredible situations. At that point, the limiting beliefs began to fade and my mindset started to change.

Few months ago, I left my full-time job without having a plan B. I had managed to save up and could afford not to immediately seek another job. I wasn't clear on what I wanted, but I knew what I didn't want — to invest so much time in something that doesn't fulfil me.
I began studying IT, and I was doing quite well. I had the capability, and I saw it as a way to change my career. I also thought it would be a good way to secure a solid future, and everyone would continue to be proud of me.
But soon I realised I was making the same mistake as when I studied engineering. Just because you have the ability to learn something doesn't mean you have to devote yourself to it. Even if it's what your surroundings expect of you or simply because it's considered more prestigious.
I came to the realisation that I had never considered I could make a living doing what I truly enjoy and that the most important thing is to feel fulfilled in whatever you're doing. Once you reach that point of awareness, everything else falls into place quite naturally.

New beginnings
Seven years ago, I made the decision to move to another country, perhaps driven by a sense of being lost and having experienced traumatic situations. But thanks to all of that, I am here now. I moved to London as soon as I finished university, studied mechanical engineering, and despite enjoying my years of study, something was telling me to go out and explore.
I came to London with the excuse of learning English, and since I had limited resources, I started as an au pair. Besides, I have always liked children. It seemed like the perfect opportunity. I began to enjoy everything that London had to offer me, learning a new language and lessons that nobody had taught me before. I believe that everyone should step out of their comfort zone and experience new things. I won't romanticise the idea of immigrating because there have certainly been tough moments, but I am thankful for each one of them. It has been a continuous personal growth journey.
In the following years, I mainly worked as a nanny. Educating, caring, and teaching good values is something I excel at, but something was missing. I started earning more money, and something began to change in me. I began to think that if I had achieved all of this doing something that wasn't my true passion, imagine what I could achieve doing what I truly love.
A few months ago, I had the same feeling as when I moved to London. I knew something wasn't right. I decided to leave my full-time job without having a plan B, but trusting fully that I would soon have the answers.
