Happy Thanksgiving! I just finished up volunteering with my friends Don and Robert, who invited me down to North Carolina to assist David Burke and the Seaboard Lions Club for Operation Thanksgiving Blessings. We went to Newland, North Carolina, and helped set up tents and canopies to house all the smokers and other cooking equipment as well as prepare food and other supplies for those affected by Hurricane Helene. The estimated amount of meals handed out is 5000! I head home tomorrow and should have the video up soon.

Hello everyone. I have been unable to get out this week as I have been battling a fever of 102 for a few days now. I had hoped to shoot a video of the first look at my new hammock, but it will have to wait. If I can manage to get better in time, I may still try and pull one together to put out on Saturday. 100+ Subscribers! I know it's not very much, but it still amazes me to think there is that many people interested enough to click the button. I appreciate everyone who checks out my channel and greatly appreciate those who comment and interact! Thank you to everyone and hopefully 2023 is full of many more outside adventures.
I also noticed I don't look happy in any of these photos and it cracked me up. I can assure you I am enjoying myself out there (except in the 3rd photo when I was being eaten by a swarm of deer flies, one is literally captured in that photo at the upper right). Stay safe and I'll see you soon!
