I leave this trip both inspired and humbled. Got to hang with ‪@NoelDeyzel‬ and my Signature Ryse Pre-Workout is finally ready to drop on Black Friday.

And yes, training with Noel was a cool as you’d imagine. The rumors that we filmed something cool for you might be true 🤐

𝗗𝗔𝗩𝗜𝗦’𝗦 𝗧𝗥𝗢𝗣𝗜𝗖 𝗧𝗪𝗜𝗦𝗧 𝗣𝗥𝗘-𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗢𝗨𝗧 🌪️
A stim-forward pre that hits HARD, delivering a euphoric, laser-sharp focus

I crafted this pre to make you FEEL incredible during your workout—no crash, no jitters, just clean, lasting energy. I can’t stand pre-workouts that make you feel like puking half way into your lift…

It’s a fully loaded formula with everything you need, including a full 5g of creatine. And yes, it tastes AMAZING

Available Black Friday!

Guys, something awesome happened. You know those shorts I’m always wearing in my videos? We’ll the team over at ASRV reached out to me and I’ve become their sponsored athlete. I could not be happier about this

I wanted to be up front with y’all about it. Nobody likes fake promotion. Getting paid to promote something you don’t even necessarily like is everywhere in the fitness industry

That’s not the case here. This company ‪@ASRVsportswear‬ is the real deal - they make the highest quality sportswear that exists. It’s all I’ve worn for the past couple years

Thank you all for watching my videos & learning from them. I’m truly blessed to be doing what I’m doing and to have your kind words & support. It means a lot to me

Have a great week y’all

What’s the best thing your training has done for you in your life?

I love to train my hardest. The physical exertion allows me remember what my “best” actually is - what it feels like. It helps me evaluate the other areas of my life. It helps me set the standard, and know exactly where I stand.

That’s the most valuable thing that my training has gifted me over the last 15 years. Some good grounding in reality.

I think one of the scariest things is to be self deceived. Even with something small, like our effort when we hit the gym - what if we think we’re pushing our hardest when in reality we’re not? Yikes 😬 what other areas of life are we letting that deception contaminate?

So wbu?
