Yall- I think I just died and came back to life- πŸ‘

So I'm chilling in bed at 4:AM like usually regreting life decisions... Then I close my eyes to go to sleep... I'm meeeing around a little in my head imataning little art thingys.... Then I feel really warm... I haven't moved an inch in the past hour and suddenly it feels like someone's shinning a flashlight directly at me. My heart starts beeting fast to the point it hurts and a loud noise of rushing wind fill my ears and drain out my brown noise,I dont feel my body anymore and i only feel my heart pounding.... Then I start panicking and think about my boyfriend...and open my eyes, back in my room. Panting, my eyes are diolated because I just had a really bright like shine on me. And my heart is pounding and my ears are ringing.... Hello? Like- excuse me? What the absolute heack 😭
