What would you add to Mike Mentzer’s Formula for getting Ripped?

Calorie Needs + (Intense Weight Training + Moderate Cardio) + Balanced Diet (60% Carbs, 25% Protein, 15% Fats) + Cutting Phase (6-10 weeks) + 500 Calorie Deficit + (200 Calorie Increase/Week for Last Few Weeks) + (Increased Cardio - Decreased Weight Training Intensity) = Ripped Physique
