I am passionate about nature so a lot of my videos are focused on stunning nature footage that enables deep thought and focus and inspires self-awareness, well-being and happiness. I also regularly meditate to try and free my mind of anxiety and negative thoughts. The benefits of meditation include decreasing anxiety, worry, pain and stress. Meditation can be used for deep focus, enlightenment, grounding, intentional living and spirituality. It can also help insomniacs to fall asleep and enjoy deep sleep and improve sleep hygiene.
