Most of the time people bring decks built to EC rules format (4x strips). Proxies are welcome. This is not a tournament, just people with old magic cards getting together to jam games, socialize and have fun. Some people there will play very competitively, some will play some really janky spice. Don't worry if your deck is budget, come hang out!

POLL (remade): Do you subscribers to this channel actually play any of the 9394 Old School formats? I remade this poll because I goofed when shortening option 2 before.
I'm seeking to know both how many people actually play, or would play if proxies were more accepted.

All, after some discussions, more reading and seeing how people reacted to my UV Sterilize video I decided to take it down.
I knew before making the video that longer wavelength UV light (UVA @ 400nm) is less effective at sterilizing then shorter wavelength UV light (UVC @ 200nm). Both work, but UVC works faster with less power required.
That was the reason I chose 4 very high power lights in a very small reflective space for my setup, then leaving it for 30 min. But if people watch my video then use weak lights, longer wavelength, and then not long enough exposure, they could assume their setup is working when in fact it’s not.
Assuming something is clean when it’s not could lead to worse decisions. Since my video did not speak about the importance of this topic much I decided it’s better to take down. It’s better to be safe then sorry.
I hope that makes sense, be safe out there everybody!

This is the deck I was playing during the last Live Stream. I really like this build of Turbo Stasis. It's a mix between the full-aggression Turbo Stasis list, and the Combo-heavy Temporal Stasis list. This build has a good mix of defense and combo with a very few win conditions in the deck.
The games seem like they might go long at first, but once the lock is in place the deck can draw and cycle until it gets down to that single Black Vise. Adding a Regrowth was needed to give the ability to cycle forever and often repeat really key spells to win board position.
Thoughts?

That's right! We are doing live stream tonight! I have been hounding Spectrum-Internet to fix my upload speed issue and it's not great... but probably enough to hold a solid Live Stream again. So come join me tonight for fun, games, chat and making a difference by making donations that are 100% matched by me personally and 100% sent to the Make a Wish foundation!

Come join me online to play some Old School or Vintage magic games tonight! The fun will start at 7pm Eastern (4pm Pacific). Proxies are 100% ok! In fact one of my decks is 100% real and has all my power 9 cards, the rest have some real some proxies. I have budget decks, fun decks, tier-1 decks, and even a single Vintage format deck I can play!
Just click the new video link on my YouTube channel to join the live stream. If you want to play, let my lovely wife Holly (Happily Ever Arts) will be moderating. She will add you to the list and when it's your turn I will provide a website link that when you click it... it opens a web-browser based video chat that uses your camera. And then we can play!

The LIVE STREAM video where all of you helped me brainstorm over the Erhnam-Ageddon deck is now live! Check it out!

Thanks everybody for watching this video! This is meant to introduce new members of the MTG community to selling cards and the inherent benefits and challenges of the different methods of selling. Done like an Engineer would do it... with charts! LOL!

Most of my effort right now is going to a different channel I'm doing with a friend known as Open Boosters. It's called Unhinged Magi. Come check it out!!

This channel is all about how a 18+ year hardware/software engineer plays in his free time. I've been cursed with a lot of hobbies I'm passionate about and a friend suggested I started sharing them with the world, so here it is! You'll see content about Magic the Gathering, LAN PC Gaming, Small Electronics projects, Home Theater, RC Cars, Guitar, and even real car modifications and racing!
