I know it has been a very long time since we talked. I haven’t posted for over 6 months. I did a fast back in January and could not be in social media then after that I did not have the willingness to watch the same shows I used to watch. I have been wanting to rebuild and redirect my channel but life happened and it was just hard to do so. This year has been incredible for me so far, I am down 50lbs, I am more confident, and I have gone through big and exciting changes in my life but also difficult changes. Let me know if there is anything you want me to discuss on my Channel.
