Hey Y'all, i apologize but there will be no video this week. I am bummed because one of my resolutions this year was to upload 1 YT video a week, but life happens. I would like to blame it all on my business, but i am sure there has been time this week where i could have made a video, so I take full responsibility.
That being said however, i have been injured all week and have not worked out since last Saturday. Will explain and give update come next video. For now, much love, keep grindin' 🖤

I workout, go to school, play video games, and a lot of more stupid things off to the side. These are all memories I would like to be able to keep as I get older, and hopefully be able to help other people.
