Located in the heart of Old Town Alexandria, Refresh Yoga Center is a peaceful retreat from a seemingly hectic world. We teach Vinyasa Yoga which integrates the mind, body, and breath in a sequential method of movement or flow. We believe through yoga, students can experience joys and challenges on their mat and then translate these practices into their daily lives. We offer various types of classes which help balance the body and reduce stress. We are not dogmatic, but are here to support students on their personal journey. Everyone is welcome!
