Hey everyone. I'm sorry there was no video, or live, today. There was supposed to be both. I've been dealing with nonstop situations today, starting with finding a butterfly with a broken wing that I'm trying to help, and ending with Cigi finding 3 kittens on the side of the road a few hours later. 10,000 subscribers on youtube!!! This whole thing has been surreal. The love and support has been incredible and saying it's been a wild ride would be a huge understatement. I of course owe this to all of my supporters and subscribers, mods who work tirelessly, donors who help keep me fed and keep the lights on, and each and every person who watches my videos. Each one of you deserves a huge shout out. I also want to take a second and give myself a shout out, as well as everyone who has ever doubted me. As with all dreams, this has not been easy. You work twice the hours everyone else does for a quarter of the pay while lots of people are telling you it's probably not going to work out and to not get your hopes up. I had days where I really struggled with my mental health and days I would wake up from dreams about me failing on youtube and in life in general. Some days are hard and for anyone else out there, especially those with mental health struggles, I want to give you a few tips. 1. Sometimes you just need a day off. 2. You can push yourself farther than you realize. Tell yourself you'll try for 5 more minutes and then when that's up, 5 more minutes. Repeat as necessary, but remember #1 too. 3. Remember the haters. Remember everyone who has ever doubted you. Use it as fuel.
