I created this Channel because I remember going to YouTube and typing, “how to cure depression”, “how to heal heartbreak”, “how to stop anxiety”. After struggling with anxiety, depression, and a few rough years of life, I was desperate to just be fixed. I realized that I would have to make a conscious effort to heal, forgive, and rewire my thought patterns if I wanted to live the life I knew I was meant to.
