My weight loss Journey ,mostly cooking, wfpb , some eating, cooking, activities, kitties. I wish i would of started back 3 yrs 5months 1wk ago, when i started my journey to regain back my health and mobility. I was 69 in early June, low thyroid. Lost 100 lbs to date. But, i am patient, i didn't put it on all at once, actually took me 35 yrs to put on 120 lbs. .I am just so happy to not be almost bedridden, using a cane and on 5 meds. Now only 1 med, no cane, no pre diabeties, no high BP, and a whole list of other aliments gone.. Not just from weight loss, but i stopped eating animals and highly processed foods. WFPB is so easy , I love it. Not trying to sell u on it, just telling my experience.
