Some news!
The next My Journey is now being written. So, I wanted to give a sneak peek at the thumbnails that'll chronicle each episode... now, this isn't the full series. There'll be four episodes total, haven't decided on what the 4th will look like, but 1-3 hopefully sates some curiosity for now.
Unfortunately, I won't release them one after another, the speed at which this pours out will be based on just how cohesively I can write and if it serves that picture within my mind justice.
Otherwise, you can still except the usual interspersed, as well as some new formats pouring in once I can settle on how I can tackle the manga ideas I've got.

My computer has died.
A few days ago I got hit with a B1InitializeLibrary error and while I’ve fixed it before the issue’s become a bit too rampant and my PC is in desperate need of a fix. So I’ll be shipping it out on the 19th to get serviced under a warranty. Think its a faulty motherboard, shout out Lenovo. Thankfully, all my critical data is backed up on an external, and a friend also donated his laptop in the meantime.
the catch is, I can’t produce videos on this laptop. I’m reduced to just writing for now, as of now I have a few ideas that need some growing but I’ve been thinking of writing pieces on Bethesda, the nature of inspiration, Hollow Knight and of course my journey into Sekiro. Maybe more, ideas can be finicky.
So! I’m trying, man. Thanks for reading, and also supporting my channel! My hope is to pay it forward with some banger vidyas :)
Also, I leave you with this… Does a man who knows only happiness ever experience true joy?
As well Reader, would you be opposed to me potentially diving into subjects of things that aren’t games? Say TV, movies, anime, manga or whatever else… maybe novels too?!

It's Leif Erickson day!
Today we observe the accomplishments of an adventurer from Iceland, who's noted as the first European to step foot in the North Americas pre-dating that *other* guy by half a millennium. I'll keep it brief,
The My Journey video uhh is turning out much longer than I expected. I know I said don't expect Friday, but expect Friday or the weekend lol, script is about... 15ish pages (most of my scripts end around 6-8)? So the video might be well over 40 minutes. Something to look forward to I hope? Maybe stock up on popcorn, it is the finale after all!

What OST, or singular track do ya'll listen to when you're wanting something more meditative/calming?
I'm currently in the writing process of a couple scripts and would definitely appreciate some additions to my playlist. Always gets the creativity going when I'm surrounded by good music :)
Recently, I've been using Dark Souls 1's character creation theme, but also shouts out to RE4's save theme, and Demon's Souls main menu music... Majula's pretty cool too. Let me know!

Hello!
I know I've been quiet recently, but I've been in crunch mode for a certification exam I was studying for and have officially passed!
In the meantime I have been playing other games, and recently purchased like the ENTIRE Beamdog CRPG collection, so BG1, 2, Planescape Torment and the like. As well, finished a 100% on Sekiro, definitely a game I have quite a deal to talk about and am currently working on a commentary piece.
Sorry for how slow the pace of my channel's trickled down to, I know it was quicker and hopefully I can get back on pace but I can at least afford you confidence that I haven't given up or ran out of ideas.
Excited to share soon, hope all of you are doing well and enjoying what I've released thus far :)
* Other games I'm currently going through: Hollow Knight, Dark Souls 2, Borderlands 2, starting Baldur's Gate 1, and debating between Witcher 1 or Gothic... not sure yet, but I do also needa get back to doing the DLCs of Dishonored at some point.

Summer sale on Steam has begun! and lookie what was added to my library!
I now have the whole DS trilogy, RDR1 on emulator, and RDR2 here. I wish there were better sales for the Final Fantasy titles but I'm sure I can find em elsewhere, currently only have FFX and FF7, really wanna add FF4, FF8, and FF9 at some point.
Anyways, look forward to some future stuff involving all of these.

Hey guys,
I should probably use posts to be more positive lol, but I've felt like I've been running up a wall in terms of ideas. I think I've got a good one and want to do a piece on Art Direction in video games, but that's an idea I just had and writing the early goings just feels right.
Part 5 is recorded, and the audio is cut, comes down to laying in clips and stuff but my fire's just not there. It will be done this week I assure you, I want to get back on track just need time. Part 6 will follow, and again Mass Effect.
I hope you folks know how genuinely thankful I am for each one of you subscribing, I don't take it lightly.
As for other ideas, I'd like to share some thoughts, How To's are definitely on the table, happy that I got positive responses on that quick pitch. I think I'd also like to do like Music Analysis here and there on OSTs that I'm really fond of, moments that really stick out, one fella a long while ago on the WYSP Witcher 3 video commented about how much he loved sitting on a boat listening to Ard Skellig, and it is such a beautiful moment to have that reaction to a certain game's soundtrack. I think it'd make for a really great opportunity to immortalize those bits in my own words on videos highlighting that exact concept. If you've watched any of the My Journeys, I detract really often from explaining a moment to describing the quality of the song being played, so might be a general idea of how something like that could flow.

New vidya will be out tomorrow at 1PM EST. Sorry for the delay, had some obligations to attend to, and it ended up tiring me out a bit more than I could afford.
Video's almost done now, I'd say maybe 70%, but there's some things I want to extrapolate a bit further that I suspect will take a bit too long.
Mass Effect is also in progress, I'm honestly not sure when I'll have enough to make a video on that, feels like a longer game, so nothing substantial there yet. As well, scripting for My Journey into DS3 P5 is almost finito. Gonna hopefully start writing P6 soon after.
By the way, for those reading, how do you guys feel about How To guides for certain games? Probably wouldn't be a main series or anything, but I could do like... a 30 minute or however long it'd take breakdown on game systems, strategies, and how I tackle/understand certain situations? Obviously on a Fromsoft kick and those games are notorious for challenge, but I can look into other titles if need be as well, let me know.
