Everyone in our family has benefited from the calming and soothing sounds of water.
When our kids were newborns and young babies, the sounds of white noise and water helped them to settle and fall asleep quickly.
As they've grown older, "Quiet Water Sounds" have become an important part of their bedtime routine.
My partner has always appreciated the comfort of white noise, ambient noise, and gentle water sounds to relax and fall asleep. He occasionally suffers from insomnia and these calming sounds help lull him back to sleep in the middle of the night.
