The painting is by Uruguayan comic artist Matías Bergara. The first time I saw Matías' art just scrolling I was in awe. He has a way of really perfecting character design and illustration that not many else do. I reached out to him to see if I could use his painting and he approved. I originally had some ideas for incorporating different electronic elements than what I settled on in the end, but I think the track turned out really well, conveying the story I'm trying to tell with it and the painting together. I went more X-Men inspired soundtrack route when it came to this track with some elements inspired by the Dark Knight soundtrack (of course lol).
Silver Surfer as a character hasn't been given a lot of adaptions on screen and subsequently not given many themes so I wanted to give my own spin on the character with this piece. I hope you all enjoy! Go follow Matías with the link below and show him some love for being such a wonderful artist!
ALSO almost at 200 subscribers within only a few months, crazy! Welcome to all of you newcomers and I love you all ❤️❤️❤️

Anyways, another song titled "Brocéliande" coming out next Sunday! (October 6th)
The art is by @Aronja-Art , she is a FANTASTIC artist! I definitely recommend checking her stuff out! I reached out to her awhile back, asking if I could use this painting and she approved of it! Many of her other paintings based on Lord of the Rings have been fundamental in helping me find inspiration for the song, too. Go follow her, she's incredibly talented!!!
The name of the track is based off of the legendary enchanted forest the "Brocéliande" of Arthurian legends in medieval Europe. I think it fits well because of the legendary nature of unicorns 🤷♂️ lol

Thanks love you all, bye!! ❤️❤️❤️

What if your favorite paintings had a soundtrack?
This is the painting/art of my newest song "Handwritten" coming out September 22nd on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and everywhere else you listen to music.
I found this painting searching the interweb and I thought it was a very heart-warming painting to say the least. This painting titled: "Grandmother's Love Letters" was painted by James Caroll Beckwith in 1895. The person in the painting is a woman named Alice Twill. I tried finding more information about Alice from the paintings cited, but not much was there. I would love more info if anybody for whatever reason has it!
The painting is currently displayed in the James T. Gibbes Memorial Museum Art Gallery in Charleston, South Carolina. I chose the first picture here as the version for the song but I've seen others that may be more accurate depictions of the painting in real life so take a look at them in this thread!

I was scrolling through some art galleries accross Google awhile ago and came upon this painting that I thought was really delightfully beautiful. I wrote the song a few hours after seeing it and here we are now. I looked around the site and noticed the artist who painted it wasn't dead like the other paintings I had already used in my other songs lol. I found her Instagram account and reached out to her asking if I could use it and she approved!
Go check out @carla_v_ie 's art across her page on Insta here: www.instagram.com/carla_v_ie/
She's a terrific artist!
Thank you for letting me use it Carla and I hope you enjoy the song! <3
