1st 3 islands, 1st boss, & 1st handful of sidequests done. Game's good!
I hear the beginning's a slow burn before the good shit & being a Paper Mario guy, I was ready. Combat, exploration, mechanics, structure, etc.'s good, presentation & character's the best Mario & Luigi's seen thus far.
Scope is HUGE. 5 seas and multiple islands across all of them w/ the first sea being the smallest. Game definitely feels like it's gonna be a long one than any M&L, even w/ Dream Team standing right there. I can vibe w/ Mario & Luigi One Piece/M&L Wind Waker. The writing & how alot of the side characters & NPCs act are the best part of this game so far. The worldbuilding and the amount of personality on them, Mario & Luigi, it's insanely charming. You talk to even half of the NPCs & you genuinely care for them w/ what they say.

Target finally acquired.
No Sonic Generations stream until Monday. Feel like we could 100% that in around 2 more streams. Also got a Mario Party Superstars video in the pipeline, and my irl job’s gonna kick it in high gear from Tuesday to Election Day. Will have way more time for content after.

I'm not gonna rush it, but expect a huge Shadow Generations video over the coming weeks. You could call it a review, but it's definitely not the last time I'll be ripping apart the game.

Shadow Generations is one of the absolute best Sonic games of all time and it's not even close.
Sonic X Shadow Generations is bundled w/ two fantastic Sonic titles, but Shadow Generations justifies it a hundred times over all on its own.

Played Space Colony Ark, Rail Canyon & Green Hill in OG. Fantastic level design, level length, Doom powers & Chaos Control're great, hub world is SOOOO much more fun to traverse being so open. Shadow Gens is living up to the hype 100%.

Not now, not too soon, but I'm definitely considering revisiting the Miyamoto anti-story thing.
Obviously some cracks in the second vid show & my tone & overall execution of the matter could be a lot better, but people do still hyperbolize a lot on him outside Paper Mario.

You're likely wondering what the heck a "SuperMarioT" means? Based off an older content creator's channel I used to watch, SuperMarioT was made to extend myself and my interests in video content.
My content revolves around various discussions and analytical video essays pertaining to video games and other entertainment mediums that interest me. You'll catch gaming/trailer analyses, gaming discussions, reaction videos, let's plays in which I'll play through a video game with commentary, gameplay montages, and more content of that nature and similar nature. As you've likely already guessed, Super Mario and his various sub series is one of those franchises I like and make content around, but there's also plenty of videos like those on Super Smash Bros., Sonic the Hedgehog, Pokémon and soon even more franchises, hopefully more beyond video games as well.
