Award-winning photographer and filmmaker Tim Plowden focuses on wildlife conservation issues in Southeast Asia. With an increasing focus on human wildlife coexistence in urban environments, Tim's imagery shows that nature is not devoid of human influence and that we are part of nature. Tim's new body of work strives to allow audiences to imagine what a healthy and sustainable relationship with nature might look like.
Tim's films have been screened at film festivals worldwide and broadcast on national TV. He has worked on assignment with conservation NGOs and is a contributing videographer to a conservation film narrated by David Attenborough. His wildlife photography has been internationally published, exhibited at National Gallery Singapore, and featured in international campaigns for conservation causes.
Tim is actively engaged with conservation topics such as species extinction, poaching, illegal wildlife trade, and human wildlife coexistence.
