Hey everyone! I hope those of you in school had a great start to your year.


I’ve been at Gobelins full time for two weeks now and I really love it, the classes are of such high quality. I’ve had trouble concentrating in school throughout my life, but here I feel so engaged and just want to soak up as much knowledge as possible from our teachers. We learn from industry professionals who come in to teach certain modules/classes, the structure is so well thought out. There’s also a really lovely atmosphere about the school, it already feels like being part of a big family!


Just now, the school is sharing a new graduation film from the class of 2019 every Thursday. Three of them are up already for you to go watch right now!

It’s had me thinking a lot about how special the 4th year of Uni at DJCAD felt, while we all worked to make our student films and my team brought Fox Fires to life. The new 4th years and their amazing project ideas have been on my mind a lot. Their films ideas are so fresh and exciting, I can’t wait to see them finished.


That’s it for this wee update, thanks so much as ever for all your support on my art. I wouldn’t be here right now if it weren’t for your encouragement over the years.

A promo for my 4th year film! We're a little over halfway finished, it's going great! Can't wait to show it to you guys, it'll be this Summer or next (Unless you live in Scotland, then it'll be publicly screened at the DJCAD degree show in May ;))

I was also a backup for Change Your Mind and got part 2, worked on that a little tonight. So honoured and excited to be a part of that MAP!
