Great news!
All YouTube Channels can now test their thumbnails with test and compare.
In order to do this you need to verify your advanced features.

In the first image you can see I've selected 3 thumbnails that I would like to test.
Based on watch time, YouTube will give me results.

Tomorrow I'll create a video about this to help you!
Stay tuned,

Jonathan

How to get your video found on YouTube?
Tuesday Channel Tip 📈

Short answer:
Focus on the correct metadata for your video.

Long answer:
Important elements are to focus on the correct metadata.
So what is metadata?

Metadata is the data that you, as a creator, can give to a video, such as:
The title, description, tags and the keyword usage within these elements.

The keyword is the word we want people to find our content on.
The search volume is the amount of people searching for that keyword.
The keyword difficulty is the amount of other creators also have content around that keyword.
