They're listening and they are hard at work.

Hunters, another update from the devs.
They’ve pinned down the server issue in testing and are working on a fix. Fingers crossed for a stable 2.4 soon. Blood Bond purchases from June 18 (10:00–17:50 CEST) are now restored, so check your balance! If it’s not right, hit up Customer Support.
Twitch Drops for 2.4 content are still live, with more details coming once they sort it out.

Hey Hunters. The Update 2.4 mess continues, but Crytek’s hustling to fix it! They’ve been at it all night, and here’s the scoop:
→ Steam’s rock-solid on Update 2.3 now, and PS5/Xbox are back online.
→ Xbox players, download that update. PS5 folks, you’ll need to uninstall/reinstall to hit 2.3. Kinda annoying, but we’re getting there.
They’re figuring out why 2.4 choked with so many of us storming the bayou. Expect more updates today as they push to relaunch 2.4 smoothly.

What a rough patch with Update 2.4, huh? Nothing like prepping for a hunt and getting stuck. Big news: Crytek’s rolling back to Update 2.3 to get things stable again. Steam players, you’re good to go now. Console folks, hang tight. PS and Xbox fixes are coming soon.
