The reason why I have been out of action for the last 10 days.. My swollen knee. You canโt tell where my Quadricep ends and the knee starts. Itโs just one swollen mess.. Plus it hurts like hell.. Starting new meds tomorrow.. Ps. Yes I have some bruising on the knee cap. ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ฐ

UPDATE : Hello everyone, just a quick update to let you all know Iโm out of action for a few days. My knee is swollen and Iโm pretty much off my feet till it recovers. Itโs on old injury that flares up from my old motorcycle riding days. Hope you are all well and please stay safe. Will catch up with you when I get back... - Greg.

Hello everyone,
Just a heads up. Melbourne from Wednesday morning is likely to go into Stage 4 Lock down. This means everything will shut down with only essential places open. These include : Supermarkets, Chemists, Hospitals, Medical Centres and Petrol stations. Everything else Closes. Everyone has to stay home and only 1 person per family is allowed out at any one time. People will still be allowed to go to the local park for exercise but they will need to wear a mask at all times. Public Transport will also be affected or possibly shut down as well.
At this stage, this lockdown will last for the next 6 weeks.
I will know further details tomorrow when the Premier of Victoria speaks.
