You only have 3 years before the world will change forever.

AI is a double edged sword.

For a few, it will be a path to immense knowledge, enlightenment, and productivity.

For everyone else, AI will be used to take advantage of our primal human brain.

Companies will use AI to make whatever they want to sell hyper-addictive.

It will ruin us if we aren't prepared for it.

How can you defend against it?

Start now by buiding willpower and discipline to resist modern addictions.

If you can be mindful of the things you do, you will be able to resist.

For those who don't, you will be trapped in a cycle of constant instant gratification.

Don't risk it. Start training your discipline today.

Remember, soon it will be over - live like it.

Maybe now it seems like you have time.

You do not.

Everybody that has come before you has thought the same.

Until the time flew by, and it was the day of their death.

It feels like it's gonna be a long time.

Do you remember when you were a kid?

Now you are here, and soon, you will be old.

Make it count.

You Don’t Deserve It (Yet)

If you want to become the person you dream of being, you need to make a deal with reality.

Either you sacrifice your goals, or you sacrifice FOR your goals. There’s no way around it.

Think about it—what have you truly given up so far?

A little screen time?

A couple of gym sessions?

A few months of trying but still holding back?

That’s not enough. Deep down, you know exactly what’s holding you back.

The only way forward is to let it go.

You have to give up so much that there’s no doubt in your mind that you deserve success.

You know the answer already. Are you ready to give it up and make room for the life you actually want?

If you don’t learn, you’ll stay stuck forever.

It doesn’t matter what you want in life.

Confidence, health, purpose, or discipline.

Without real growth, you’ll always feel like something’s missing.

The key isn’t just what you achieve, but what you become.

The skills you develop—whether it’s self-discipline, emotional control, or resilience,

they stay with you forever.

That’s why people who build themselves up once can always bounce back, no matter what life throws at them.

You don’t just want the end result,

you want the ability to build a meaningful life and become someone you’re proud of.

And that takes learning.

Learning how to be present, how to master your impulses, and how to control your emotions.

The truth is, growth takes time.

It won’t always feel like progress, but every day you learn, you're planting seeds for the future.

You’re not chasing goals—you’re building yourself.

And no one can take that from you.

You Don’t Know What You Don’t Know

Here’s the thing—most of us think we’ve got things figured out.

But when we look back, we realize we’ve missed the small, critical details that make all the difference.

We often believe we’re on the right path until life humbles us, showing us what we didn’t even realize we needed to know.

That’s the game: Act, Assess, and Adjust.

You can listen to advice all day long, but if you don't write things down and organize your ideas, 90% of what you learn will slip away.

Your ideas are only as good as your ability to act on them.

Keep notes in multiple places—on your phone, in a journal, or on paper around your room.

Key points, not paragraphs.

When it's time to take action, review those notes so you’re constantly improving.

Act, review, and apply what you’ve learned.

The cycle never stops.

And the more you write it all down, the more prepared you’ll be to uncover what you didn't even know you were missing.

Without a plan, I lost control.

During a hurricane deployment in Florida,

I had every intention of staying productive and working on my business.

But without a structure, I fell into old habits, wasting days on autopilot.

It was frustrating—I knew exactly what was happening, yet I did nothing to stop it.

This taught me that in moments of chaos, having a clear schedule is everything.

When life shifts, a solid plan keeps you grounded and moving forward.

During advanced Army training, with more freedom than basic, I realized something:

I’d stopped meditating.

All the progress I’d made before was gone.

Sitting in my dorm, journaling, it hit me—I had to act.

So, I created this simple framework to build my meditation habit:

Jan-Feb: 2 min/day
Mar-Apr: 5 min/day
May-Jun: 10 min/day
Jul-Aug: 15 min/day
Sep-Oct: 20 min/day

Starting with just 2 minutes a day, I made meditation easy and consistent.

It’s impossible to make excuses for 120 seconds.

Trying to jump straight into 20 minutes is like trying to bench 225 when you can only lift the bar.

Keep it simple—just 2 minutes daily. Stick with it, and in 5 months, you’ll be meditating like a pro.
