Hello,
I kind of unintentionally dropped off. I apologize 😔
I was trying hard to do the Video Every Day in August and had a food rhythm going and then the dominoes crashed. Thinking I could pick up and move again turned out to be not the case.
When you work with the clients I do, things frequently change. Sometimes they need you until they get back on their feet, or sometimes they realize that they will need you for the rest of their life. Sometimes, they don't know and the weeks are played by ear. Some clients go into a hospital for a procedure and end up being gone longer than expected, but then end up back on your schedule. The work is good, but sometimes the routine ends up very inconsistent. And when that happens, I have to work on the priorities: God, Family, Home, Work, Extra, etc.
Each time this happens, I wonder if it's God closing the door. When I don't "hear" anything and assume it's time to stop doing YouTube, I get the sweetest letter from one of you. Every. Single. Time.
This time, I felt like it was the end. I had so much I wanted to find a way to do, but really no time to say anything. And this last week, I worked out in my head and heart how to say goodbye, when I received the email needed to know to push on.
You know me for being "real". I have never ever wanted to put someone out there that was a mask of the real me. What you see is what you get. Right now, I can't pretend my ducks are all in a row with YouTube filming, editing, and uploading. Consistency is key in all things. So I'll be figuring out, again, a good schedule that works for doing YouTube. I ask for your patience. I thank you so so much for reaching out to see if we're ok. I'll see you all soon.

Ordered pizza for dinner. So exhausted that I'm calling it for VEDA. Almost made it! I'll try to finish up editing and filming videos, but my schedule changed again and trying to work all the craziness.

Hello all! Today I am sharing a thrifted haul for today's VEDA. I really wanted to get a bit of a chat about finding second hand items at a good price but time constraints just didn't make that work out. SO, I am going to film it separate AND if you have any questions I will address it in that video, so leave them in the comment section below! Also, share YOUR best tips!

I was able to get yesterday and today off, due to client rescheduling and whatnot. It's been the most wonderful time with the kidlets and just being HOME. the uploading schedule is a bit off due to wanting to soak time with the kids and husband. I made it to day 15! I work full shifts for the next few days plus church, so we'll see what the upload schedule looks like for the next week. Thank you all for the constructive criticism on the videos and the suggestions for future ones!

So, is this frugal or cheap? I've long wanted an old-fashioned clothesline. Do you own one?

OK! I am trying to plan, organize and film for VEDA (Video every day in August).
My channel really needs it and I know both husband and myself are looking at some cut hours in the near future. So having a bit of online income coming in is going to be helpful! This is where I need YOU!
Share some video ideas below. I have some Q&A that I haven't gotten to yet that I am putting in rotation. I know some want some homeschool content, if that is you, what specifically are you looking for?
Share away!

I gave my daughter three options as a lunch for this week. Fried rice worked out the best and is a favorite so that's what we did. Fresh fruit and some cliff bars for her 8 hour shift. There is also some lemon cookies pictures here and Dads No Bake cookies in the fridge already that she is welcome too. She has a microwave at work so this is a hot dinner for her!
Would you prefer my husband's or my daughter's lunch?

Meal prep for the hubby!
I did brats, sliced those up so he gets 1.5 brat per day. I have 2 cucumbers divided between the three days. 1 can of olives divided. Then I sliced some cheese and I didn't want to make the cheese to slime with the olives, so they are in some plastic wrap. Each day has a boiled egg for some filler. Here's to a healthy eating week for the hubby! Stay tuned to see what I prep for my daughter!
