The east coast of Australia continues to burn after years of drought. Yesterday, a 100 km area around my place was hammered by hail storms. It caused huge amounts of damage to the north of me. Many houses on the Sunshine Coast were damaged badly. I survived pretty with just some shredded plants and lost fruit. I got good rain for 10 minutes but it's dried out in the heat today. Hopefully, the tanks got partially filled.

This channel will plot our progress as we do our best to farm in the city - on a tiny suburban block (600 square meters or less than 1/8 of an acre). Just a few years ago, we knew very little about the artisan skills we want to conquer. Now, we're making cheese, bread, sausages and growing crops which includes livestock! Yes indeedy - all on a tiny city block. We hope you come on our crazy journey and enjoy it as much as we do.
