I don't want this channel to become dead, but I also don't really want to post uninteresting things either. I'm working on the next film which is expected to come out before or during June (trust me it's worth the wait), however I don't think having no videos for consecutive months is optimal. I want to do something interesting, but I want to get some feedback before I do it.

Here's an idea. I want to create a series (which will likely be significantly easier to make and I will post relatively frequently) that encompasses the "mechanics" of the universe. For example, orbital precession, the physics of phenomena, star parallax, Doppler redshifting/blueshifting + examples (z values related to galaxies, Mercury's sodium tail and Fraunhofer lines, etc.) and more with similar relation. Of course, they will be thoroughly explained while keeping clarity and understandability for people who aren't quite as knowledgeable in the subject as some scientists are, not to say I have a full grasp on all these concepts.

Another idea I have is short videos taking about some random cool stuff about the universe. An example could be something like the largest ring system ever discovered. In any case, I just want to see your thoughts. Feel free to comment any sugestions.

If you're wondering why my channel is deafeningly dormant, just know that I'm spending hundreds of hours of research crafting a book that I will be selling on Amazon. The previous two I did (which you may not even know about) are in their physical form, however they are not on Amazon yet. I will likely make a video announcement the moment they do.

I just want you all to know I'll probably be posting something soon, but just know that this next phase will be a gamechanger in the summer. Just you wait.

After learning the general basics on how to create planets in Blender, I decided that I would have some of my scenes use the tactics I've learned so far in my next several films. It won't be my primary software, but it will definitely make the shots in the upcoming films that much more satisfying.

I originally didn't want to do this in case I would release information too early like I did with Singularity (the trailer came out nearly a year before the film) but I decided rather than making a video, I would make a community post. I'm currently working on the next installment of Astroconcepts, being "BEYOND I. Worlds Afar". This is part 1 of the BEYOND series, starting from Earth and expanding outward. Eventually all 3 parts (although I may make it only 2) will be combined into one final film.

This is still within scripting stages, so I wouldn't expect it to come out until next year, however I'm going to become more diligent in working on projects for you all to see.

FIVE HUNDRED SUBSCRIBERS!
I would like to thank everyone for their participation in having me reach this insane goal. I've been currently making some planet renders and I'm really excited to share them in my next video.

A new project and some new space renders. These are definitely going to become animations soon.

This is a scene I ended up making for what I decided to call "Project Maximus", essentially a fictional supermassive black hole. I might change the coloring for a more realistic look, but I'm still excited nonetheless.

Here's a raw image I made of a black hole in Blender. I used the refraction method of Kerr black holes made by Sam Kruger and the method of creating an accretion disk from Iridesium. Watching these tutorials alone may get you started, but this specific black hole below requires several more node setups than shown in those videos.

If anyone generally knows their way around Blender, specifically volumetrics, let me know. I like the black hole here, but it's not as detailed as I would like it to be and the middle of the accretion disk feels incredibly bland. A good render nonetheless.

24 HOURS UNTIL SINGULARITY: Venturing to the Craziest Black Holes in the Universe is OUT.

This will be a 10 minute cinematic film travelling across the universe to look at different black hole systems we've discovered so far. This film will have physically accurate black holes with cinematics never seen before. With hundreds of hours of research and countless hours within SpaceEngine's Black Hole editor, some of the best SpaceEngine visuals to date emerge in this entertaining and informative short film.

A dedicated 2 weeks of Blender got me this epic shot of TRAPPIST-1e and TRAPPIST-1f.

With "Singularity: Venturing tot he Craziest Black Holes in the Universe" around the corner (Goal: August 19, 2023) the creation of black holes has been crucial in order to make it good, and many in my DMs have been asking my how I make these visualizations so amazing. My original video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BT1u3... didn't quite go in-depth enough as expected with a general tutorial, so I will be releasing that tutorial soon as well, somewhere in late August or Early September.
