I have been an active operator in the real estate industry for 4 years, doing everything from acquisitions, underwriting, property management, leasing, financing, and dispositions. I have completed over 70 residential fix-n-flip transactions in the Las Vegas market and several hundred thousand square feet of office, retail, and industrial space with a few hundred apartment dispositions.
