Old Traditional Hotteok
Hotteok is a Korean sweet pancake made by stuffing a yeasted dough with a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon before frying.
This one that I tasted at the Banpo Hanging Bridge is a different kind, an old traditional hotteok (as translated). It is not fried and has red beans filling in it.
