It's Tamaru Tuesday! Or at least it would have been if YouTube hadn't screwed up the video processing...
Tamaru's design has always been special to me since she was the first Bionicle character I turned into a human! That was 2 years ago to the day, and I haven't stopped since. I'm seriously out of control. Send help. :P
It was really fun to translate her ditzy air-headed nature into this design! I based her colors off of the color scheme she had in MNOG, though I actually flipped them around (her mask was originally lime, which I used on her fringe and headband, and her torso was teal which I colored her hair as). As lives in the jungle village of Le-Koro, I figured animal skins for her outfit would be appropriate. Her tattoos were based on the Le-Koro emblem, and I gave her a pale complexion since I don't think she gets out of the trees much. :P
