💔That day we were chased out of our house … the construction in the house in front has been happening for 7 days a week, for MONTHS, with the noise levels crossing all possible mitts. We literally couldn’t hear each other anymore.
One Sunday we really wanted to spend a day at home. Chill. Relax.
(By the way does anyone here also have the same problem, of constant construction noise? What do you do???!)
… but the moment I wanted to have my peaceful cup of coffee on a terrace, the drilling began. It was UNBEARABLE.
So we just got into the car and decided to drive as far as we could that day.
And in that chase of a peaceful place we found one of the best sunsets in Goa, Deep South … swipe to see where we climbed in the last pic!
We wanted a peaceful Sunday and we got it. Not the way we imagined, but in a much better way!!
At times even the most irritating live events can lead to the most exciting adventures. Never call it a day too early ✨

I adopted many healthy habits in India, here is a full video: https://youtu.be/BLsU5RAOX20?si=7_eIB.... There, I’m also sharing my rooftop view and the neighborhood, it’s very personal! Eating ice cream is not one of the healthy habits, of course, but here I discovered a local JAMUN sorbet, one of the best things I’ve ever tried 😋this sorbet brings me immense joy. And focusing on JOY is definitely one of the healthy habits I’ve been focusing on lately 😉

I have a very special love for rural India. Here, time flows at a different speed. And food always tastes better :D By the way, lauki is one of my MOST favourite local vegetables, so I absolutely could not to simply drive by!

I just returned from a road trip to Ellora, Ajanta and Aurangabad. Honestly, it blew my mind. I experienced similar emotions only when I climbed to Machu Picchu.
But there is a surprising fact: internationally, very few people know about Ellora, the biggest man-made caves with rock carvings in the WORLD 🤯
Now, tell me honestly: should I make a video about it? My travel videos get much less views than videos about my life. So, I'd love to hear your honest opinion, is it something you'd like to watch?
TIA and lots of love to this wonderful YouTube community 🙏✨

So you like Travel videos, even if you are not planning to travel yourself?
As a kid, I liked travel TV shows the most, and they fueled my desire to explore life in different countries and learn about other cultures.
Today I released a short Travel documentary about our trip through Sri Lanka. This country amazed me, I fell in love We travelled a lot by train, saw whales and dolphins, witnessed The Gathering with Elephants, hiked, visited historical spots, mentioned in Ramayana.
Take a look and let me know what you think:

Last February I made a huge mistake.
I replaced my reading sessions with news. News for breakfast, dinner and as a bedtime snack. This habit persisted for months.
During those months news didn't change, because the humanity didn't. I, on the other hand, suffered from absence of sleep, anxiety attacks and loss of purpose in life 😢
Those precious hours ⏰ I could have spent them on learning things, or gathering courage through the stories of others.
I "woke up" in the middle of the year. Overnight, I replaced my phone in the bedroom with a Kindle, and my life, and my mental state changed in an instant.
Last year, there were 2 books that had the most profound impact on me:
📚 One Straw Revolution
Written by a Japanese farmer, who describes his experience with WILD organic farming, it's a philosophical treasure box, which has many answers to life questions.
📚 5 AM Club
Despite its title, it was not the power of morning routine that got to me. The book is full of nuggets of wisdom, that go against the society of instant gratification, and praise discipline and striving for excellence in your craft. For me, it was the right time to hear it.
Could you share with me 1-2 books you recently read, that have the biggest impact on you? I'd love to add more to my reading list! 🙏
