Just 5 weeks and 11kg between pics 💥

Arms have obviously responded very well, compared to prior blocks I’ve been doing an extra arm day (consistently). The progress is also drastic because I’ve been bigger than even I am on the right and it’s always pretty straight forward to get back to where you’ve been before.

I’ve been running a 2 week undulating programme for arms. I reset today to align with my new peak and I’ll keep in all the way up to comp. Otherwise I’ve just been prioritising neural adaptation, inclusive of hypertrophy for assistance obviously.

I don’t enjoy training arms really at all. I think physiques develop overtime to typically make obvious what it is the person enjoys the most (so squats then 🤣). But I’ve made an effort to give them some attention, mostly because I’m sick of hearing ‘I’ve not seen someone skip arm day before 😭😭)
