I actually stopped producing charms a few years ago because āsomeoneā sent me a screenshot of āsomeone else who totally wasnāt the same personā saying I was scamming my viewers with my terrible charms, purposefully posting a work-in-progress piece to seem like I was selling unfinished work.
Recently I had a huge revelation that if I give up on the things I really love doing then I not only let the āhATtErSā win but I also give up on myself! And Iāve worked too fucking hard on my art, in every form it takes, to let that happen! So fuck the naysayers, I like making stuff like this, too, from time to time! It also helps to give me a break and to prevent burn-out from my traditional work!

3 videos coming soon! Theyāre taking forever because Iām working on them all at once and the overlap is mushing my brain. Plus, Etsy stuff! Iām really finding a lot of joy and peace in having my presence be a little less online for right now so Iāve been focusing my energy on that.

I was originally planning to have an Etsy drop today at 5pm but because I can never leave well enough alone I figured out how to make something really nifty and I want to include it in this next drop SO Iām scooting this drop up by 2 days. The haunted house video is STILL coming, but I changed the entire premise of the video, scrapped the old script and audio, and re-did everything. Instead of talking about the actual building process, I talk about how the process beat my *ever loving ass* and I also touch on what to do when a project completely discourages you and makes you want to quit art 5ever.
