Hey up, I am a Yorkshire lad trying to lose to weight (by some i mean a lot). I will be talking about my weight loss and running.
I am married and have a young son and work full time, so my time is limited. I am wanting to document my training to keep me motivated. I am planning on uploading once a week but it could be more or less depending on what i have going on in my life that week.
I am going to be filming on my Iphone/iPad i have no idea how to edit or film so this will be an work in process.
