Unless you are an elite athlete, the purpose of your workout programme should be to FEEL MORE YOUTHFUL - that's it. Believe it or not, elites athletes are often prepared to jeopardise their long-term health to succeed, so the common health & fitness culture of training like an athlete is a fools errand. Feeling youthful can be defined has being mobile, strong, and having excess energy all attainable for all ages without stepping foot in the gym. l am Coach JC, and my mission is to get adults to reclaim their childhood love of movement.
