Melinda has over twenty-five years of experience in financial and residential lending industry. After college, Melinda was a financial advisor. She very quickly decided that she wanted to transition into helping people achieve their dreams of owning a home. She has been a licensed Loan Originator for over 20 years specifically focusing on the Florida market.
Melinda sees mortgage financing from a unique perspective. In 2008, when the mortgage industry crashed Melinda and her family went through some difficult times when one of her children was very sick. She had to short sale her own home. She knows how it feels to get a fresh start, and she has developed a passion for helping others. She continues to maintain both a state and federal loan originator’s license.
