Lean manufacturing and organisational turn around are two topics where I had spent a significant time in research and subsequent implementation in SMEs. There are several instances of successful implementation in large and medium size companies. However, in India, such instances in Small companies have been few. As a part of Joyful Workplaces, we have been trying to form SME clusters and take these small companies through preparatory, Intermediate and Advanced stages of Lean manufacturing and organizational excellence. The videos would demonstrate the concept and actual implementation. I invite everyone to see and share their views on the effectiveness of the content. The purpose of this channel is to disseminate the knowledge on lean manufacturing concepts and problem-solving techniques apart from other tools and techniques on fundamentals of management. I strongly hope that the companies from SME sector would benefit from these videos.
