A few months ago, I felt like I was starting over. After a 7-month break from social media, I wasn’t sure where to begin. But instead of chasing my past self, I decided to meet myself where I was.
I focused on movement that felt good. I let go of the pressure to ‘get back’ to anything and instead leaned into what my body needed now.
If you’re in that place of feeling lost or like you have to ‘restart’—I see you, because I was there. And I promise, you’re not starting over. You’re just finding your way forward 💛

New space, new energy, same mission! ✨
After years of filming in front of my signature purple wall (which, fun fact, is 3 hours away at my in-laws' house), I finally have a dedicated space at home to create workouts! If you can’t tell, I’m very excited!
We ditched the TV for a projector to make this area multifunctional—movie nights when we want, workout studio when I need. And honestly? It’s a game changer. No more lugging around filming equipment or squeezing in workouts when I could be spending quality time with family.
Now, I can hit record whenever inspiration strikes, which means more workouts, more often (hopefully more than once a week!).

When I started, I had no idea where this journey would take me. I just knew I had something to share. Now, three years later, I’ve grown, learned, and kept going—even when it felt tough. Here are my biggest takeaways:
➡️ Authenticity over perfection.
People connect with the real you, not the “perfect” you. The more I let go of overanalyzing and just showed up as myself, the more I connected with the right audience. Your voice, your message, and your effort matter more than a perfectly polished video.
➡️ Focus on who’s watching, not how many.
I used to stress over views and numbers, but I’ve realized that even if one person finds value in what I share, that’s enough. The impact comes from showing up for the people who are already here, not chasing bigger numbers.
➡️ You have to be your own biggest cheerleader.
There were times I doubted myself, wondering if my content was good enough. But I’ve learned that if I don’t believe in what I’m creating, why would anyone else? Confidence comes from taking action, not waiting for validation.
