I know I've been pretty hopeless with the uploads this year - I'm so sorry!

But I've a few little gifts for you for the 12 days of Christmas in the form of some short videos! The first is up now at youtube.com/shorts/xs3rcsOJ8A... and keep an eye out for a new one each day up to Christmas!

Each is based on one of my previous videos and the link to that will be in the description.

I hope to be back with longer videos soon, I hope you enjoy these in the meantime.

All my good wishes for the season!
xx

What lessons are you taking from 2020?

Before I start planning for next year, I decided to list out the things that 2020 has taught me (or reminded me). It's certainly been a difficult year, but I have a better understanding of what I really need, and a greater appreciation of the internet. I don't know how we might have managed a pandemic without the internet to learn new things, binge watch entertainment and connect with others! And 2020 has been that timely reminder that you never know what is around the corner, so make the most of what you have right now.

Let me know what lessons you have learned from 2020 in the comments.

And here's to a brighter 2021!

Sorry about the lack of videos lately. It's taken a while to settle into the current situation, including a bit of a diversion from jewelry-making this week! I dug out the sewing machine to make these hairbands for NHS workers - the buttons are to hold the elastic from facemasks which can otherwise chafe your ears.

Just a small contribution, but I hope it helps our amazing doctors, nurses and frontline staff in their toughest of jobs.

And don't worry - I'll be back with more jewelry soon! 😊

Quick question:  Which jewellery tools would you like to know more about?

I'm planning some new videos looking at my tools in more detail and I want to make this series as useful as possible to you.  Perhaps you've been thinking about making a purchase, or have just spotted a tool in my videos and thought "what on earth is THAT?!"

Well now's your chance to get more details!

Just comment below and let me know the tool or tools you're desperate to know more about!

Thanks!

And if you want to take a look at the tools I've already talked about, head to the playlist Tools for Making Jewellery www.youtube.com/playlist?list...
