Been a while since I've done refine speculations but I'm pretty interested in this upcoming set, so why not?

Gatekeeper:
-Charging Horn: Grants Def+3. Grants Atk/Spd+5 and "Special cooldown charge +1 per attack" to allies within 3 rows or 3 columns centered on unit during combat. The following effects will occur based on the number of allies within 3 rows or 3 columns centered on unit: If ≥ 1 ally, inflicts Atk/Res-X on foe during combat (X = number of allies in the area × 3; max -9). If ≥ 3 allies, foe cannot make a follow-up attack. (If unit is within 2 spaces of a structure that a foe can destroy, the number of allies in the area is treated as 3.)
-Refine: If a foe initiates combat on unit or ally and unit is within 4 spaces of that foe, inflicts Special cooldown count+1 on foe before foe's first attack during combat. At start of combat, if unit is within 4 spaces of an ally or a structure that a foe can destroy, inflicts Atk/Res-6 on foe and reduces damage from attacks during combat (including AoE specials) by X% (X = number of allies and structures that a foe can destroy within 4 spaces x 30%; max 90%), and after combat, restores 7 HP to unit and allies within 4 spaces of unit.

Marth:
-Genesis Falchion: Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1). Effective against dragon foes. If unit initiates combat or is within 2 spaces of an ally, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 during combat, and also grants effects based on the total value of bonuses on the 3 allies with the highest bonus totals: If ≥ 10, neutralizes effects that guarantee foe's follow-up attacks and effects that prevent unit's follow-up attacks during combat. If ≥ 25, grants an additional Atk+5 during combat, and also, if unit deals damage to foe during combat, restores 8 HP to unit. (Triggers even if 0 damage is dealt.) If ≥ 60, if foe initiates combat, unit can counterattack before foe's first attack.
-Refine: At start of turn, grants [Null Panic] to unit and allies within 2 spaces of unit. At start of combat, if [Bonus] is active on unit or foe's HP >= 75%, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 during combat, and if Special triggers, neutralizes "reduces damage by X%" effects on foe and grants Special cooldown count-1 to unit.

Marianne:
-Grants Spd+3. At start of combat, if unit initiates combat or foe's HP ≥ 50%, inflicts Spd/Res-6 and neutralizes foe's bonuses to Spd/Res (from skills like Fortify, Rally, etc.) during combat, and also, if unit initiates combat, reduces damage from attacks by 70% and neutralizes effects which "inflicts Special cooldown charge-1" on unit.
-Refine: At start of turn, if unit is within 2 spaces of an ally, grants Atk/Spd+6 to unit and allies within 2 spaces of unit, and also, if unit or any of those allies has their Special cooldown count at its maximum value, grants Special cooldown count-1 to them. At start of combat, if unit is within 4 spaces of an ally, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 to unit during combat and unit deals damage = 20% of unit's Spd, and after combat, inflicts Def/Res-7 and [Sabotage] on target and foes within 2 spaces of target through their next actions.

Eirika:
-Binding Reginleif: Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1). Effective against armored and cavalry foes. At start of combat, if unit's HP ≥ 25%, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 during combat, reduces damage from foe's first attack by 40% and neutralizes effects that prevent unit's follow-up attacks and guarantee foe's follow-up attacks.
-Refine: If unit initiates combat or foe's HP >= 75%, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+X to unit during combat (X = number of spaces from start position to end position of whoever initiated combat x 2, +6; max 14), grants Special cooldown charge +1 to unit per attack and reduces foe's "neutralizes damage from attacks by X%" effects by 50%.

Mirabilis:
-Flower of Ease: Grants Res+3. If【Penalty】is active on any foes within 3 rows or 3 columns centered on unit, inflicts Atk/Def/Res-3 on those foes during combat. At start of combat, if unit's HP >= 25% or [Penalty] if active on foe, inflicts Atk/Def-5 on foe during combat.
-Refine: At start of turn, if unit is within 2 spaces of an ally, grants Def/Res+6 to unit and allies within 2 spaces of unit for 1 turn and neutralizes penalties on unit and those allies. At start of combat, is unit is within 3 spaces of an ally, grants Atk/Def/Res+5 to unit during combat and foe cannot make a follow-up attack.

Hel:
-Hel's Reaper: Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1). Neutralizes "effective against flying" bonuses. If unit initiates combat or unit's HP >=25%, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 during unit, and if unit deals damage to foe during combat, restores 8 HP to unit. (Triggers even if 0 damage is dealt.) If foe does not use magic or staff, calculates damage using foe's Res, and if unit’s HP > 1, or if unit's HP >= 75% at start of combat, and foe would reduce unit’s HP to 0, unit survives with 1 HP. (Once per combat. Does not stack.)
-Refine: At start of turn, inflicts [Exposure] on nearest foes within 5 spaces of unit and foes within 2 spaces of those foes through their next actions. If [Penalty] is active on foe or foe's HP >= 75%, grants Atk/Spd+X to unit during combat (X = number of spaces from start position to end position of whoever initiated combat x 2, +6; max 14) and neutralizes skills of all foes which grant "survives with 1 HP" to target foe during combat.

Itsuki:
-Mirage Falchion: Effective against dragon foes. Grants Def+3. If unit initiates combat, grants bonus to unit's Atk/Spd/Def/Res during combat = 3 + number of allies who have already acted × 3 (max 9) and deals damage = 5 + number of allies who have already acted x 5 (max 15). If foe initiates combat, grants bonus to unit's Atk/Spd/Def/Res during combat = 9 - number of foes who have already acted × 3 (min 3), and reduces damage = 40% - number of foes who have already acted x 10% (min 20%).
-Refine: At start of combat, if unit is within 3 spaces of an ally, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+4 to unit during combat and unit makes a guaranteed follow-up attack, and also, if unit initiates combat and unit's Special triggers, grants another action to ally within 3 spaces of unit with the highest HP after combat (once per turn).

Here's some quick ideas and examples for dealing with Lucia/Queensblade, since she's a pretty unique presence in the game right now:

L!Nanna: completely ignores damage reduction without needing special or stat check, plus does high damage. Similar units: lol

B!Dimitri: a high Def wall who also has true damage reduction that cuts down on Lucia's true damage output, so he can easily outlast her. Similar units: Askr

Refined base Dimitri: can ignore half of damage reduction without a special, and also exclusively has some true damage reduction as well. Similar units: Y!Soren, V!Lif

Ylgr: very effective at debuffing and outspeeding her opponents. Debuffing and outspeeding is your default option.

Sorry for the lack of content over the past while, I've just been well occupied with work and games like Sonic Frontiers, FE Engage and Hi-Fi Rush. Once I finish up my Maddening run I'll upload a few clears for Gotoh/Formortiis and maybe a small refine showcase.
