Part 2: My story behind my first conceptual art. Swipe right to see how this artwork was perceived by others.
Firstly a little background I initially meant to create artwork with a beautiful horizon and the clouds. Due to my overdoing while painting clouds I was unable to reflect what I had in mind. Additionally, I accidentally spilled droplets of dark blue on my horizon. Little did I know this was blessing in disguise.
After some thought, I decided to convert those clouds into icebergs and those droplets into flying birds.
As promised here is how I tied every elements in my artwork.
Since global warming is a real phenomenon and it’s happening this very second, icebergs in the artwork represents the current melting state. Penguins represent how the natural habitat of animals is impacted and resulting into separation between families. Birds flying in the sky are asking for help before the current state becomes irreversible.
