This is an inspiring reality of a Farmer + Full-time employee. A 25-year-old boy has done something which is unbelievable and is earning 20,00,000 rupees a year.🤔❓

Ashish Patil, a 25-year-old boy who juggles two demanding roles.
He works at Infosys in Pune, and he tends to work as a farmer on his 10 acres of land in Sangli, including 6 acres of grapevines.

Ashish travels 200 km every week, splitting his time between his IT job and his passion for farming.

Since COVID-19, Ashish has embraced a hybrid work model. Taking the benefit of it, he spends three days in the Pune office and works from home the other two days.  His weekends are dedicated to his farm. It's a relentless schedule, but Ashish's love for farming keeps him going.

Ashish's story is an example for young people who are afraid of hard work and just keep suffering in their own heads.
With his father's support, he's leveraging modern techniques to improve grape production. October and November are critical for grape cutting, and the harvest stretches from February to March.

These months are grueling, but Ashish's passion drives him to excel in both his career and his farm.

Agriculture is unpredictable, often influenced by market conditions and climate. Ashish understands this uncertainty and ensures a stable income by maintaining his IT job.  His journey highlights the importance of having a secondary income to support agricultural pursuits.

Ashish’s story is not just about balancing two jobs; it’s about the spirit of determination and the will to succeed against all odds. It’s a powerful reminder that while agriculture may be uncertain, with hard work and innovation, it’s possible to thrive.

While Ashish's IT job provides a CTC of 6 LPA, his farming ventures, particularly grape cultivation, bring in over 15+ lakhs annually.

Do you have any passive income, please comment.👇

We are at about to cross 10 million following all over the social media and never thought that we could achieve this at the start. This is how we record our content, which brings you amazing people together.

Every 2 to 3 months we need to travel around the world to cover the various and unique farming projects and farms and agribusiness and this was our 2nd tour.

This time we thought that we should cover more unique farming ventures around India and that’s where our tour starts to South Goa and Konkan regions.

In this magical place, surrounded by tall coconut trees gently swaying in the breeze, we stumbled upon something truly remarkable: a farm that produces an incredible 30-40 lakh revenue per acre.

Can you believe it? But wait, there's more!

It's not just about drinking coconut water here. We went deeper into the process and learned how to make virgin coconut oil.

Then we left for our next location, which was ‘Sawantwadi’.

As we journeyed on, we came across bamboo farms surrounded by lush greenery. Each tall stalk seemed to tell a story of sustainability, showing us how clever our farmer friends are. Bamboo farming might be new, but let me tell you, it's going to change the game.

From the coconut farm to bamboo farming, jackfruit, alphonso mango, natural plate processing unit and many more, our trip was full of exciting discoveries and delicious food.

And let's talk about the food! We tried fish and Malvani dishes that were so tasty. We drank neera and felt the warmth of community and culture all around us.

Saying goodbye to the beautiful scenery was hard, but we left with so many memories and lessons that will stay with us forever.

Soon all of this will be on our YouTube channel, so stay tuned for all the interesting videos from which many people can learn and take inspiration for their business or their start-up.

Until next time, keep sowing the seeds of innovation and harvesting dreams.
