NINE (9) properties is ALL that is available under $250,000 in Greater Orlando. I've been searching for multiple clients from out of state, local, first time homebuyers, and investors- and it's really tough to find any townhomes or single family homes under $300k-$350k in good areas. Is Orlando getting priced-out for many people?? we will have to wait and see....
